When I first started the Mobility Monday series, I mentioned that Ido Portal would come up again. Here is his promo video for Movement Camp 2015, a gathering of movement enthusiasts who are disciples of movement, teaching each other how to balance on one hand, imitating animals, dancing synchronously.
