Mobility Monday Episode 14: Anders Jacobsen

This week will feature Olympian Ski Jumper Anders Jacobsen. A departure from the other videos that have been posted, I was compelled to share this. This is a cool GoPro video which shows Anders taking flight. Note how relaxed he is, on take off and landing. A smooth push and extension of the legs, combined with very fast vertical speeds allows him to fly around 100m.
