This will be the first of my weekly Mobility Monday posts, where I will examine various practitioners and the warm-up/mobility routines they use before they start their respective activities. I'll try to keep these short and not overly complicated.
The goal of movement preparation is not just to increase joint mobility and get the nerves firing the muscles, but also the readying of the mind.
We'll start with Matt Wichlinski. Strength and conditioning coach and former football player, this big guy moves very well for his size. This is a simple routine, with nothing out of the ordinary, nothing you wouldn't find online. Just note that even though this is all basic for him, Matt approaches it with focus and looks to do the little things well.
Note: Even if you did just 60s worth of what he does here, that's a start.
