    Be sure to do your hard intervals though.


    After a dynamic warm-up:

    6-8 sets of 60-90s hard, 60s rest. Preferably running on the track or treadmill.

    Remember: keep a consistent effort throughout.

    Finish with three sets of:

    20 burpees 20 pushups

    20 v-ups
