Mobility Monday Episode 11: Shaun Smith

As a special post Super Bowl Mobility Monday, I've featured this training session with former NFL defensive end Shaun Smith. In a position where plays last no more than ten seconds and your main goal is to prevent players from getting around them, speed and power are critical. In this workout, Shaun's trainer works on mobility and being stable in all positions. A decade ago, NFL linemen were simply thought of as having to be massive bohemoths, obstructing the play for opposing teams. However, the game has evolved and the modern day lineman has to be faster and more agile than ever.
